Dr. Demetrios V. Politis, family medicine specialist, cares for patients in the Kirkwood and Des Peres area.
Dr. Politis provides primary care services for patients of all ages, including physicals, general wellness services, pre-operative screenings, and disease management for chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease.
A graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Politis completed his postgraduate training at Normandy Osteopathic Medical Center. He has been in private practice since 1987.
Dr. Politis is on the medical staff at Des Peres Hospital, St. Clare Hospital, St. John's Hospital and St. Luke’s Hospital. He is taking new patients and accepts most insurance plans including Medicare. He does not accept Medicaid. Evening and same day appointments are available.
